They need to end the practice of the Lay Coroner's System in Texas. You're right, since Texas reconstruction. How can Texas not be embarrassed by this?

Jacky

No one slandered Former JP Nancy White. Her depo-clip says it all. "I don't know ... no ... I don't remeber"

With Honors! You've got to be kidding. Her deposition is like looking at a re-make of Deliverance.

I understand she has now completed some on-line ministry thing and performs weddings. God help us all!

Scooter,
Nancy White hired what medical expert,DIMaio? He has made a fool of himself in more than one courtroom in the USA.
Dr Cyril Wecht said it was homicide. He is the expert. I'd bet my dollar on his ruling.

Texas needs to pole vault into the 21st century.
Lay Coronors need to be replaced with competent crime scene investigators.

The "investigation" or lack of, regarding the murder of Col. Shue, makes Kendall County look either foolish /or corrupt. Take your pick!!

Tracy,

I have been following this case for a long time. I used to read MCC, but I feel that their coverage of this case is far less about finding out who did it, and more about attacking you. I saw a letter written by you on another blog that explains your falling out with the MCC Editor in Chief. I also know the Editor there, and I concur with your assesment of MCC. I am glad you you broke free of MCC and are much closer in finding out the truth about what happened

As one Air Force vet to another, I wish you all the sucess in tracking down and punishing the evil people who took your husband from you.

Hold on there Gordo. Judge White does have a degree in criminal justice(with honors) and the position of county coroner has worked well for Texas since reconstruction. Judge White hired a medical expert in San Antonio and the ruling was suicide. Your position as Lay Editor does not give you the right to slander people in public so go crawl back under your rock.

I just saw CBS 48 Hours Mystery this past Saturday. This was a disturbing case. I look at their show every Saturday, but this one tops em all. Him committing suicide is preposterous, even though he exhibited bizarre behavior, and was deeply psychologically disturbed, theres no way you can inflict the kinds of wounds on yourself like he had, and not feel excruiating pain. Regardless of how much lidocaine he had in his system. This case shouldn't be that difficult to solve. All they need to do is subpoena phone records from the ex wife and her current husband about a month befor his murder, and the answer will be right their. I can't believe how this case was handled, Whats happening in Texas? This man clearly suffered. That ex wife having a child by another man while he was married to her, shows her level of disrespect for him. That is the ultimate disrespect any man can face. I'm speechless as to what to tell you, but, you can rest assured, the true killers will ultimately cut their own throat, it always happens. With that show airing like it did this past Saturday, this has gotten National Attention now, which means the ex and her new husband will be under the microscope and under pressure. One of them is going to crack under that pressure, and they're going to start talking up a storm, watch. May God have mercy on their souls. Good luck to you mam.

After I stopped working for the International Mafia, I received an unexpected phone call to my apartment in Brno, Czech Republic from my last supervisor in the U.S. Air Force **ten** years before, a (ret.) Maj. John Russell. John began the conversation innocently enough with small talk. I asked John about his family, and he told me that his youngest son, Joey, had gotten into some trouble with the police. Then, John started to READ a statement about a worker at Offutt AFB in Omaha, Nebraska (John and my last duty station) who disappeared on his way to work one morning.

The message was clear to me. 1) I was being threatened through John. 2) Somebody from the U.S. justice system had offered a deal to John--make this phone call, and your son's police record will be erased.

According to the CBS 48 Hours Mystery report, "all of the agencies involved - the local and state police, even the Air Force - would come to agree that...Shue had committed suicide."

And the judge ruled "murder"? Smells like conspiracy to me.

----------------------------------------

The International Mafia often uses auto "accidents" as a way to eliminate problems. See the following examples:

1. Gold medal-winning Czech ice hockey coach Ivan Hlinka (he wouldn't keep his mouth shut)

2. Fezko Chairman of the Board Ladislav Matyastik (until 2008, owned by Erste Bank and Banker's Trust...he didn't follow orders)

3. Cokoladovny CEO (acquired by Nestle in a less-than-ethical manner)

I don't care if you publish this comment. I can provide other information related to Col. Shue's case. For example, I have an explanation for why Col. Shue didn’t contact the police about the anonymous, threatening letter.

Randy G.

Dear Mrs. Shue,
After viewing the 48 Hours Mystery episode last night about your husband's death, I have a few comments.
I think one thing that was glossed over was the fact that he said he had to go to work early that morning. I feel after watching the show, that he was lured into meeting someone that morning before work, and did not want to tell you about it for some reason. That would more readily explain how he was ambushed, rather than someone just forcing him off the road. Are telephone records still available? Also, I feel the meeting location would have been chosen by the perpetrator, not Col. Shue, yet it would have been a convenient location for Col. Shue, i.e. not too far off his route from work. The fact that he didn't tell you about the meeting would be a clue in itself, because if his ex-wife said that she was going to nullify the life insurance for instance, and wanted to meet to give him the paperwork, he would have told you that. Additionally, I think that he did not escape from his kidnapper(s), but rather was left for dead, and then escaped after they left. The location would have been outdoors, otherwise the perpetrator wouldn't have left him alone to die, in my opinion. The location would have been near Col. Shue's parked vehicle, and therefore not too far off the beaten path, thereby excluding a busy road. I also feel Col. Shue did not use his cellphone nor stop at a hospital because he was in a state of semi-consciousness, very mentally confused and disoriented. There have been numerous cases of injured people actually fighting off paramedics, thinking that they are trying to hurt him. Also, if he left a half hour early, the rendevouz point couldn't have been too far off. It would have been a location known to him, or popular and know to most all of the local residents. I didn't hear on the show how much time elapsed from the time he left home, until the time the accident in his vehicle occurred. That, of course, would be a clue as well. God Bless you and I pray that justice will one day prevail.

I just watched the CBS documentary on this case; I had never heard about it before and was appalled that anyone would interpret the evidence as suicide. The whole stinks of payoff and coverup.

I would like to say to Nancy that most intelligent logical thinking viewers KNOW she is guilty and KNOWS that she is going to pay for her crme some day; either here or in the next life. Just because it hasn't been proven in a courtroom yet doesn't mean she is innocent in our eyes. She had total motive and obviously paid off many military personnel to help her. Maybe she "had something" on someone and is using that as her "ace in the hole" of silence on her behalf.

I would like to offer Tracy my deepest deepest condolences.

I pray that some day someone who does know the truth comes forward out of guilt and shame, and confesses every detail of how they helped Nancy do this horrible disgusting deed to that wonderful, loving, beautiful man. I can tell from his photo that he was an angel on earth.

Bless you Tracy!
